Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of opentivi.com and of any Open Tivi subscription or free trial. By creating an account, requesting a trial or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Open Tivi provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet to compatible player apps and devices. The line-up can change over time as channels are added, moved or removed. Player apps and devices are made by third parties; we don't sell them and aren't responsible for how they work.

3. Your account

You need an account to order a plan. You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Free trial

The free trial lets you test the service before paying. It is limited to one trial per person or household, lasts for the period shown when it is issued, and ends automatically. We may decline or cancel trials that appear to be duplicates or abuse.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the plans page in US dollars. After you place an order, we email you a secure payment link; your subscription starts once payment is confirmed. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider and we never see your full card details.

6. Renewals

Plans do not renew automatically. To continue after your plan ends, place a renewal order from your dashboard or the plans page.

7. Connections and fair use

Each plan includes the number of simultaneous connections you chose (1 to 4). Your login details are for you and your household only. Reselling, publicly sharing or redistributing your access, or using more connections than your plan includes, may lead to suspension without refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record, rebroadcast, resell or publicly display content streamed through the service.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Your responsibility for local laws

Rules on accessing streamed content differ from country to country. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live.

10. Availability

We work hard to keep the service available and stable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, problems with third-party networks, or issues with your own internet connection or device can affect streaming.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, if payment fails, or if required by law.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and important changes apply to new orders from the date they're published.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
